Mike McGilvary Roofing has been the very best experience I have had with any contractor our Condominium has worked with over the 13 years I have been a board member in Boca. Their advertisements are not come ons, they practice what they preach. I have had several experiences with them dealing with roof repairs these last few months. The prices for the service I received is fair and the job that is done is accomplished by workers who take pride in their work. Giovanni Martinez has been my go to man. He responds to all questions and calls and works hard to make sure the job gets done properly. He and Mike have worked together to make this an outstanding company that can be trusted . I am glad I have the opportunity to tell you about my experiences with this company.

I am a realtor and most resale homes in Florida need some sort of roof repair. I always call Mike for his opinion and estimate. I trust Mike to be honest and fair. His company always are prompt and do an outstanding job. I highly recommend him.
I recently bought a new house so needed to fix the roof. Mike and the team were amazing. They did thorough inspection, provided me the options and gave an honest recommendation of which would be the most reasonable way forward instead of pushing for the costliest option. Also the work was very clean and professional. They provided all the before and after photos of the work, which gave me additional comfort with the level of craftsmanship they put into this project.
Mike and his team provided prompt, professional, affordable quotes and did the job with precision, courtesy, completeness, and started and finished on time with no hidden charges or other nonsense. He personally kept me informed with phone calls and photos despite the fact that we were both traveling and was always there for me in a friendly fashion if I had any questions.
